GREETINGS FROM CFW PRESIDENT, MITCH MESSER

Mitch Messer, CFW President
Mitch Messer, President of Cystic Fibrosis Worldwide

As I write this letter many of you around the world are looking forward to spring while we here in Australia are gearing up for winter. With technology it is easy to forget the distances between us.

In 2011 CFW has set many goals to harness technology to better spread education and awareness about cystic fibrosis globally. Through the use of Podcasts we are now able to offer free access to the 2010 CF Lay Conference held in Valencia, Spain. To hear these Podcasts please visit our website.

We want to thank our sponsors and our member country Federación Española de Fibrosis Quística whose collaboration made this exciting new project possible.

We are now working to develop Medical and Allied Health education Podcasts using the CFW Education Program© agenda. Dr. Harry Heijerman, CFW Medical Advisor and Board Member, has teamed up with specialists from the UK, France and Sweden to offer basic education in the treatment and management of CF.  To find out more about these podcasts visit here.

All of us at CF Worldwide sincerely hope many people around the world will benefit from the information we provide on our website and that this first series of Podcasts will lead to a full online library of live and interactive education tools.

Where ever you are, enjoy the changing season and don't forget to support CF Worldwide and our many programs aiding people with CF globally.
Donate now!

Sincerely,

Mitch Messer
