STATEMENT OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SECTION I.   LEVELS OF SPONSORSHIP

1. Diamond Sponsorship, the contribution would be SR 80,000 (21,000 US$) and the sponsor will be entitled to:
1. Four (4) exhibition stands in the Exhibition Hall
2. Two (2) full-pages colored advertisement in our promotional material (final program and summary booklets)
3. Free registration for 50 participants to the meeting (excluding workshops)
2. Golden Sponsorship, the contribution would be SR 60,000 (16,000 US$) and the sponsor will be entitled to:
1. Three (3) exhibition stands in the Exhibition Hall
2. One (1) full-page colored advertisement in our promotional material (final program and summary booklets)
3. Free registration for 30 participants to the meeting (excluding workshops)
3. Silver Sponsorship, the contribution would be SR 50,000 (13,000 US$) and the sponsor will be entitled to:
1. Two (2) exhibition stands in the Exhibition Hall
2. Half-page colored advertisement in our promotional material (final program and summary booklets)
3. Free registration for 25 participants to the meeting (excluding workshops)
4. Bronze Sponsorship, the contribution would be SR 40,000 (10,500 US$) and the sponsor will be entitled to:
1. One (1) exhibition stands in the Exhibition Hall
2. Half-page colored advertisement in our promotional material (final program and summary booklets)
3. Free registration for 20 participants to the meeting (excluding workshops)
5. Sponsorship with contribution of SR 30,000 (8,000 US$)  and the sponsor will be entitled to:
1. One (1) exhibition stands in the Exhibition Hall
2. Half-page black and white advertisement in our promotional material (final program and summary booklets)
3. Free registration for 15 participants to the meeting (excluding workshops)
6. Sponsorship with contribution of SR 20,000 (5,500 US$) and the sponsor will be entitled to:
1. One (1) exhibition stands in the Exhibition Hall
2. Half-page black and white advertisement in our promotional material (final program and summary booklets)
3. Free registration for 10 participants to the meeting (excluding workshops)
7. Sponsorship with contribution of SR 10,000 (2,500 US$) and the sponsor will be entitled to:
1. One (1) exhibition stands in the Exhibition Hall
2. Half-page black and white advertisement in our promotional material (final program and summary booklets)
8. Sponsorship with contribution of SR 5,000 (1,500 US$)  and the sponsor will be entitled to:
1. One (1) Roll-up stand in the Exhibition Hall
2. Half-page black and white advertisement in our promotional material (final program and summary booklets)

SECTION II.  SUMMARY OF SPONSORSHIP

The sponsored registrants should be registered at least one (1) week before the meeting, otherwise will not be included as free registration privilege and will be treated as on-site registrants.
